Please describe why the funding is needed.  What are the projected goals to be accomplished and the audience?  Include the impact on your program and student learning.
Please describe equipment, services, programs, activities, or professional development to be funded. Include how the funds will be used to support the Virginia HPE Standards of Learning (i.e. list specific grade level SOLs).
The budget must totally align with the purpose and use of funds. Include how the money will be spent in an itemized list of expenditures. For equipment, this list should include, but is not limited to:  the vendor, item numbers, description, quantity, cost, and shipping/handling if applicable.  For professional development, include the event, date, location, and projected costs for registration fees and all travel expenses.

** Note:  you should never have to pay retail catalogue/online prices for items.  Always contact the vendor to get a quote on items you want to purchase.  Many times you will not have to pay shipping and handling charges. 
If your grant proposal is chosen, you will be asked to submit a one-page summary that answers how the grant met your instructional goals. Share comments on the impact the grant had on your teaching. Feel free to include pictures, feedback from students/parents/administrators/teachers, before and after testimony, etc. Please also include a few comments about your experience with submitting a grant proposal (you may include tips for others that will submit a proposal next year).
